We had an absolutely tremendous experience at this property. The unit worked perfectly for a family of 5; check in was seamless; the host was incredibly accommodating and the location is amazing. Having the ability to experience and enjoy all of the amenities of the Ritz on Key Biscayne makes this property highly desirable. We will definitely be staying here again.

Best views on the Resort

Booked for the views so we could sit on the balcony after putting the baby to bed and it did not disappoint. Large condo with comfy furnishings. Bathroom is spacious. The Ritz was superb and the family pool was the best we’ve seen. The food was excellent at all the restaurants and the coffee shop was a bonus. A wonderful place for a family vacation.

Family Celebration

We have been regular visitors to Key Biscayne since the early 90"s and the Ritz since it opened. Key Biscayne is a gem; short trip from MIA, wonderful beach, golf, tennis, hiking, shopping, and restaurants. You don't have to ever leave the key. Our family of 15 all converged on Key Biscayne to celebrate a 60th Birthday. We have four married children and five grandchildren and we needed five rooms, four of them being three room suites. We rented four suites through VRBO and the experience was wonderful. As a VRBO renter, you have the same access to all facilities and privileges as do hotel guests. Check-in and out were seamless. All restaurant, spa, bar, tennis, and gift shop expenses could be charged directly to your room. The Suites were clean and well maintained and included the use of an assigned parking spot. Owner communications and responsiveness were outstanding.

AMAZING PROPERTY - MUST STAY HERE!

We absolutely loved our experience in this suite at this property and with Paul. This suite should be booked out everty day of the year because it is so perfect and we will certainly be back! The suite is in the perfect location with a direct view of the water. We loved sitting on the balcony.The room is big, beautiful and clean. It has every amenity you could ever need. The king bed is so comfortable with amazing sheets. We also used the pull-out couch, which was also so comfortable and already equipped with sheets. We found an air mattress in the closet - again was so comfortable with sheets and blankets! The level of service and hospitality is above and beyond here. The towels were so soft and fluffy. All toilettries were provided. The kitchen is well-stocked and the appliances are top of the line. Filtered water and ice in the refrigerator.Along with the property being perfect and beautiful, you could not ask for a better person to communicate with than Paul! He was always available, if I had a question. We were able to check in early and check out late which is unheard of for rental properties! Everyone should stay here! Thank you Paul for everything! :-)

Shh, don’t tell anyone how amazing this place is!

Because I want Paul’s place to be available when we hope to return, I don’t want too many people knowing how perfect it is. The unit is gorgeous from every aspect and the view reminds you how fortunate you are to be there. This was our third visit and certainly not our last!

Beautiful property with a direct ocean view. The unit was lovely and the property manager was very nice and easy to work with. The only difference we could tell from booking directly with the hotel is that there is not daily maid service and you have to secure your own toilet paper etc. Not a big deal (and more than made up by the price difference). The owner arranged maid service for us half way through our stay and that was great.

Key Biscayne 1 Bedroom Ritz Condo

Overall, a great location and the condo was as expected. Be aware that when you rent through VRBO at the Ritz, you are aware for extra paper products. We did not have tissue boxes or extra toilet paper. That being said, the condo is just as described, and has all the basics for a pleasant stay. The only negative was the uncomfortable pull out sofa. An adult had to sleep on a very uncomfortable mattress. The master bed, however, was very fine. The pullout sofa would be adequate for children but not an adult.

flawless stay

I had a great week here working remote. Everything is nice and exactly as described. A few things not in earlier reviews: - there are frequently events on the lawn and terrace in front of the unit, never too loud and I had fun people watching, still something to know - the east facing view made for amazing sunrises, shaded rooms by 10ish, nice cooler afternoons with light hitting the water from an angle that enhanced the blue, and, to my surprise very pretty sunsets with lit up clouds. - I rented a bike and it made such a big difference getting around. Both parks are beautiful, there is a bike storage area in the garage and spot to lock bike up to racks in garage as well - I used the freestanding racks
