"I don't understand all the negative reviews. This is a perfectly suitable hotel for a layover by the airport. The neighborhood seems safe, but boring (not the fault of the hotel). The check in was quick, booking for the cruise shuttle was easy, the room was clean and everything worked well (although the TV must be some sort of streaming service because there was some buffering). The only confusion was the MIA Airport pickup by the shuttle -- this is a shared space for ALL area hotel shuttles, but with only room for 2 vans, so if both bays are full unless you wildly flag down the driver you'll not get picked up. The CLARION logo is very hard to read from the front as the van approaches. Door 24 at MIA seems to be the best pickup location to catch the shuttle. NOTE: Shuttle is not designed for handicapped accessibility. I booked this hotel with a lot of hesitancy, but after staying here I have nothing but good things to report. For the price, this was a very decent option. Clean room, courteous staff, and quiet room."
