SECURITY DEPOSIT
We collect a refundable deposit of $500 at check-in for incidentals after your reservation is confirmed. You will receive your refundable deposit back in 5 business days after the check-out unless there is damage in the unit. Security deposit would be collected at check-in by our team members and we only accept credit cards as a payment method at check-in.
Luxury apt located in the heart of Miami's downtown, fully equipped, very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, living room and integrated kitchen, the building has many amenities, such as swimming pools, a large gym, basketball and tennis court, game room, bbq, golf simulator theater.
