This is a great little spot close to everything. You can walk to multiple restaurants, bars and a Walgreens close by or a short Uber ride to Calle Ocho, Bayside or South Beach. They offer one free parking spot that is much appreciated. The host was great! Available to us 24/7 and always responsive and kind. Apartment was fully equipped (kitchen and bathroom with hairdryer etc.) and clean- we did not need anything except a full-length mirror, but I believe that will be remedied soon. The shower worked perfectly and had good water pressure. One thing I found impressive was there were no bugs- anywhere! For being FL this was surprising (I mean outside- there shouldn't be bugs inside!).

The room was very clean and was as described/shown in photos. The staff were very communicative before and during the stay, and were very friendly. Parking was assigned and easy to find. Location-wise, the unit was very close to where we were going that weekend and getting an Uber to and from the property was a breeze! Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The room is quite spacious and offers all necessary amenities/appliances. The cleaning staff ensured the room was spotless prior to my arrival. Additionally, the host was extremely considerate and delivered efficient communication throughout my stay. They even went out of their way to accommodate a delivery task for me at my request. The hotel is also positioned in prime location for entertainment and public transportation (12 minutes walk to Brickell city center, 5 minutes walk to Publix, 7 minutes walk to Brickell metro station).

We really enjoyed our stay here! The communication with the host was always clear, quick, and super helpful, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The location was great—just about a 10-minute walk to Brickell downtown, and we loved having Walgreens, Publix, and lots of restaurants just around the corner. The room itself was very clean, had plenty of storage space, and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay—fridge, microwave, and more. It felt cozy and convenient, and we were able to settle in right away. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d happily stay again!

Very clean, quiet, comfortable, large studio. There is a coffee maker but no coffee supplies, like you find in all regular hotels. Be sure to bring your own packets of coffee, which is difficult when you are an international traveler. I looked to purchase coffee at Publix, but they only sold large expensive containers. I only needed coffee for three mornings.

The stay was honestly super comfortable and the area around was perfect, I was able to shop for anything I needed around the area. Transportation was only a 5 min walk to anywhere near downtown and overall I would come back to this property.
