The photos on the Internet are not what this property actually represents. The hotel is in very bad condition, it smells bad and the elevators always have problems. When we got to the room we also realized that it smelled bad and everything was very battered and old. The bathroom was in very poor hygienic condition. The small kitchen did not invite use at all. The microwave was not working. The beds were super uncomfortable and the sheets and pillows smelled very bad. The room has very poor insulation, we could hear everything that was happening in the hallways (people shouting, children playing with a ball in the middle of the night, young people coming from the party, etc.) It is not a place where you can rest. I rented a room with “Ocean View” and the only thing you could see through the small windows was the dirty ceiling with pigeons in the rooms below (in the background and in the distance, a blue line of the sea). The hotel pool is ugly and there are always people drinking and smoking (it is not for children). Unfortunately it was a quite stressful experience, we traveled to Miami for the first time and we wanted to spend a dream weekend, just as the photos show (but it wasn't even close). To name something positive, I can say that the majority of the service and parking staff are quite friendly and helpful and of course the direct access to the sea is wonderful. But I couldn't recommend this place nor do I plan to return again in my life.

Girasole Apartments is a beautiful place, but the apartment is not in good condition. The 6 days I was there, they never did a cleaning service or changed the towels or sheets and I tried to get in touch so they could do the service and I couldn't get in touch, that bothered me a lot. For that reason I am not totally satisfied with the place.

The room wasn’t clean, AC wasn’t working at all, WiFi and air dryer was not working either. I requested help and they took 2 days to answers my needs which they didn’t even do much!

Only book it if you are ready to sacrifice anything for beach front view! The property does not even looks close to posted images! It says two bed rooms, door of which is removed! Total two twin and two queen beds (temporary beds made of steel, the foldables you can buy for 50 bucks). Mirror was all dirty, 2nd fllor shower was broken (which they thankfully fixed after a day of followup)! Not enough supplies for bath! Not enough space to sleep! Just a terrible experience, except the fact that it faced the beach.
