It's not a five-star hotel, but if you're looking for a safe place to stay for a few days and want somewhere to rest, it's perfect! I would recommend it. The reception staff were very helpful.

Hotel clerk helpful, not pleasant though. Breakfast was crowded, need more seating or let food go to rooms. Place definitely needs lots of TLC. Not bad for one night would not stay much longer than that. Breakfast was good. Liked the setup pool, basketball hoop.

Spacious unit with upstairs

Good location overall. Very spacious unit with the 2 queen bed suite. Upstairs had queen and separate bathroom. Downstairs had their own bathroom. Nice couch and living room area with kitchen. Unit is on the older so don’t expect too much but it’s worth the price and location.

I liked how everything was set up—very cozy and accommodating. There was some weird coloring on the shower handle; I thought it was rust but just leaving it here in its case so the owners can improve. But luckily, it was just there, the showers were clean. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely go again

The check in was good. Rooms were spacious and clean. Mattresses were not very comfortable. There was lots of arguing outside our door in the early morning that woke us up. Check out was good. The clerk said we should have called him about the noise and he would have called cops.

Our stay was okay. It worked for us in the moment. However that room was very outdated, smelled like mildew. Not enough towels, pillows or bedding for 3. One of the front desk gentleman was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in a little earlier without any extra charge. Breakfast was okay but you can only eat in dinning area. You aren’t allowed to take your food back to your room. Area is noisy due to airplanes flying over and a train track in front of hotel. Laundry room card readers not working. One of the burners on stove didn’t work. Last day there saw a cockroach on the kitchen counter. I would not stay there again.

You get what you pay for.

You get what you pay for. Killed 3 small roaches by the end of the trip (bathroom & kitchen). No face/hand towels. Cheap mattress. Not enough pillows for 2 people. Saggy couch. Neighbors were all permanent residence there and lined the walkways with chairs. They just hang out and smoke all day. The hot tub was broken and I was really looking forward to it. The pool looked nice but was full of unattended kids so we didnt go in. The breakfast was good. Overall its ok for a short stay as long as you are ok with those things.

I stayed one night on a business trip, so i can't really say about shopping, transportation and dinning options, but in Miami, those are things you find at every corner. I can say though, that the room was neat, couldn't ask for better. I wish every hotel was like that. The staff was friendly. It's quet, no weed stink at all. Room didn't have any odors or nothing. Great work, guys!

This is an ok hotel. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately we has a bad experience with the room (1224). The room had an urine smell around the two beds; the toilet did not drain; there were white spots all around the carpet; the kitchen floor had ketchup spots all over. My family have gotten better service in the third world countries we've traveled to for half the price.

many years ago, this used to be a nice property beautiful rooms beautifully kept up. Now it’s disgusting falling apart no housekeeping services no clean tubs if you want towels or sheets, you have to bring them up to the front desk yourself and get new ones and make your own bed and put in your own towels. This is the last time that I’m staying there. They don’t care about their customers.

I lived in Miami for 28 years. I recently moved to Port Saint Lucie, and had to come down to Miami for the weekend. I knew the area but never had to book a hotel. This facility is well located and its set up is nice. Once inside the room, the place looks not only dated, but not well maintained. There are signs of humidity, accumulated dirt, stains, and a horribly dirty bathtub. The cockroaches crawl by the main door, kitchen, vanity, and bathroom. The cover of cushion of the chair by the seating area was unzipped, the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, making us roll to the middle like in a hammock. The internet stoped working at peak time on a Saturday afternoon/night when I had to do work. We were 2 adults and 2 children, I went to the lobby to ask for 2 additional towels since there were only two in the room, and the gentleman asked me to bring the dirty ones (?). I had to explain I had just checked in and that we were short 2 towels. Not an easy transaction. Breakfast was good both days, parking was convenient. We did not appreciate at all people haggling out of a room with a table and drinks, like in El Chavo del Ocho. We were lucky our room was not next to theirs. If you like a quiet place, look somewhere else, this is minutes away from the airport, in line with the runways, so you will have planes flying close to your nose the entire time. The room has a kitchen with all appliances and a clean large refrigerator. We recommend the owner to perform a good makeover.
