"My husband & I stayed at this hotel for one overnight after our cruise. We arrived at the hotel at around 10:45 am & normal check-in is not until 3 or 4 p.m. We requested early check-in & they kindly offered us to be on the waitlist for a room as soon as one was available for an additional $35 which we gladly accepted. Kayla (the front desk svc & Manager) was wonderful... she helped to get a room quickly, she helped me to get my boarding passes... I though she was really great. The shuttle bus driver Now the ugly.... the hotel is a little dated for our taste. The dinner service on the 9th floor was very slow. "
