Excellent Apartment located in the city of Hallandale Beach, FL. Walking distance from Hallandale Beach. Open views towards the intercoastal. Modern & Bright. Complimentary WIFI.

Iron, hair dryer. Bedroom w/ King size bed Walk-in closet, Bathroom with tub. Smart TV 55” bedroom. Smart TV 65” living room Balcony Pool. Balcony with outdoor seating. A/C individual thermostat.

Resort Fee: please be aware that the condominium Beachwalk Resort charges to all rentals a daily fee. Please note this fee shall be paid at the Front Desk upon arrival.

25 per day for stays of 7–15 days
20 per day for stays of 15–29 days
300 per month for stays of 30 days.
Stays exceeding 30 days are charged 300 + 10 per additional day

We provide a professional cleaning service through a cleaning company and own staff depending of the unit. Any object left by a previous guest or part of the apartment, can be a non intentional hazard, depending on the age of the guest. Be aware and let us know if you need us to take action on any repair or part removal during your stay. We are not responsible if you get injure or damage for parts or objects left by other guests or parts of the apartment and that we didn’t notice at the cleaning or maintenance time. DISASTER ''''AVOID THIS HOST

I flew in from Alabama after having this property booked for a week. The host ghosted me early during the day I was to check in but a few hours before I was scheduled to check in the host informed me that the reservation would be cancelled due to flooding.. Keep in mind I had went to the front desk earlier in the day and they didn't even have me listed through a VRBO stay.. I checked again after I was canceled just curious if there was any report of any flooding. The front desk wasn't aware of any units that had flooded. I believe this is a scam and have reported this. to the local and appropriate authorities, 5 days later I still have no confirmation my payment is being refunded.
