not bad for price

overall the property was nice and we had a good stay, a few rooms didn’t have power in all outlets and communication with the host was difficult but the location and cleaning was good

Horrible Experience

We were there for a one night stay. First we couldn’t get in the house. The cleaning lady let us in and she knew absolutely nothing. I contacted the property manager and they finally sent me a code. Then the house had a very bad smell. ALL the pullout beds were disgusting. I wouldn’t put my dog on them. Overall this was a horrible experience. You have to be careful because we almost broke our necks several times with the steps in the house. The trash can on the outside was over flowing when we pulled up. It was overall a bad experience and they need to do better. Overall I give this property Zero stars. Thank goodness it was for one night because we came in a day early for our cruise. I normally don’t do this but this was really bad. I had too.

Communication with the host is difficult. For 5 days we did not have any internet or TV. We asked to get this fixed but it never was. This is difficult when the plan is for friends to get together and watch football. Also none of us were able to do any work due to no internet. The pillows were all stained, the closet doors were all broken and there was no bar for hangers. We were given one old used sponge to use. I expect to get a partial refund for this stay. It was totally unacceptable and unprofessional to conduct business this way. No one should ever stay here. I expect much better and expect VRBO to take action and provide a partial refund.
