"I was honestly quite disappointed with my stay. The service was below average, leaning toward poor, especially considering this is supposed to be a five-star hotel. We had booked four rooms, three of them for four people each. When we arrived late at night, we realized that the sofa beds in two of the rooms hadn’t been prepared at all. There were no sheets, no blankets, nothing. After a long day of travel, we had to wait almost an hour for housekeeping to bring everything. On top of that, our luggage was not delivered in a timely manner. We had to call multiple times and wait far longer than expected, which was frustrating. The elevators were another major issue. They were extremely crowded at all times, with long lines just to get up or down. It honestly felt like the hotel was overbooked, which made the overall experience chaotic and uncomfortable. For a hotel at this price point and reputation, I expected a much higher level of service and organization. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations"

"Property was ok. Pool area was nice with complimentary sunscreen. Hotel has no breakfast / restaurant service which was inconvenient."

"Great location and the place was clean. There are two locations however and they are about a 10-15 minute walk apart and you are not told beforehand which location you are at."

"There was no staff at the hotel and our sheets were dirty when we got to the room. They had dirt and hairs on them. We were charged 350$ for the night and it wasn’t worth $100. The staff that was suppose to respond to problems via text messaging or if you need help didn’t respond to our requests and questions . Someone did come change the dirty sheets. It was one of my worse hotel experiences and I didn’t feel safe there. Don’t stay here !!!!!!!!"

She is an excellent receptionist—she offers a warm welcome, is very helpful, has a great sense of humor, and, above all, has a beautiful smile for the guests. "I wouldn’t stay here again. It was a place to lay our heads I guess. The hotel charges a “resort fee” I’m not sure what part of the place is a resort. The pool is not much bigger than a bathtub. The room we stayed in was filthy. If you walked on the tile floor with no socks your feet were black. The sink is outside of the bathroom and there’s no place to lay your toiletries. Bed was hard and sunken. Only positive was the location to the beach access and stores. Oh. And if you’re not familiar with the area, you have to pay do parking everywhere because the hotel has no parking. "

"The room was dirty, and had rust stains on the floor and windows. The windows were screwed shut on an ocean front room. The tv had lcd broken pix lines in it terrible. There were only 4 channels to choose. The shower leaked water on the floor. There was a lack of plug ins everywhere. The lighting and walls were dilapidated. The elevator was soooo slow, 2 and a half minutes from floor to our 6th floor. We had to walk the stairs several times"
