"We had water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. When calling the front no ever answer and had to walk 6 blocks to speak to someone. I would never go back again but thank you "

"I was very disappointed in the hotel overall. It did not live up to my standards of what a Hilton property should be and wasn’t worth the price. In my opinion, I feel as though Hilton purchased a lesser known hotel and put their name on it to attract more guests. There was no microwave in the room in which to heat up any food you may have. Which led me to feel as though the hotel wanted you to purchase food strictly from their restaurant or other venues causing you to spend more money. There was one located in the snack area of the lobby of the hotel which wasn’t ideal. No one wants to pack up their food and take an elevator ride down only to find you may possibly have to wait in line to use and back in the elevator. The oceanfront view from my room was the only thing that was comparable. The cleaning staff were very pleasant. "

"Stayed for two nights. Due to booking error (ours) we had to book a second night separately. The hotel refused to combine the stay, but kept us in the same room both nights. We were charged $300 deposit instead of the standard $150. The rooms are clean but very dated. The elevators do not work. The toilet in our room ran all night, there was no maintenance to repair. There is a tub but don’t expect to use it unless you’re 3’ tall. Water is $8 bottle. A hamburger at the restaurant will set you back $30+ tip. No ice machine on the ground floor. It’s time for a serious property update and some customer service training for the staff. "

"From the time we got to the front desk everyone was very helpful and courteous. All our question s were answered about the area and our ocean front had a balcony that was lovely. Would stay again "

"The hotel was within walking distance from the beach which was a total win! The room was clean and the air conditioning perfect! They provided beach towels which was a plus! It is located close to restaurants and the Miami bus line that was easy to use. Over all it made our 4 day stay fun and affordable! We did not drive so not to sure about the parking. There is a small kitchen setup in the room. Overall worth a short stay. Thanks for making our stay great!"

"We loved our stay here! Everything is incredibly clean and aesthetically pleasing. Staff was super friendly and accommodating! I would recommend renting a car if you’d like to get into some of the other parts of the city. The only thing that could have made this hotel better was the ability to order food by the pool! It’s truly a gem though and there are plenty of food options within walking distance. "

"There was a bit of construction, not on the building but it was quiet, no one worked while I was there. I love the old school Miami vibes the place gives. Jennifer and the rest of the staff were the absolute best! I have no complaints and I had the best views for sunrise. I would definitely go back!"
