"I had a problem with my TV remote not working. I went to the front desk and a staff member offered to come up to fix it for me immediately. I really appreciated that. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but she was very friendly. I asked another younger gal if there was any fast food around. She said to turn right at the stop sign, then turn right again. I went through a winding road that was kind of scary since I was all alone. I did finally find some restaurants, but a little better direction would've been helpful."
