"I stayed in October 2026. The staff was great, especially the housekeeping staff. Front desk was okay, very ‘straight to the point’ nothing memorable from them. Bartenders and wait staff at the restaurants were all phenomenal and helpful! I last stayed at this Riu location in 2021 and the food quality was better before. It was very lackluster this time around. We couldn’t get into the steakhouse the first few nights and when we finally got a table a few nights later, I was very disappointed :( my steak was just not good. We ended up going to the buffet right after. The other issue was with my room. There was a hole in the ceiling above the shower in our bathroom, it was leaking mysterious water. Very strange. I had to be careful when getting out of the shower to make sure none of that water touched me before getting out."
