"The staff was super welcoming and had amazing hospitality. The hotel is very clean and well organized. The best part is that there are options for food in the hotel making it easier to not have to leave. The amenities were great especially the heated pool. We are definitely coming back."

"The hotel is great and the staff is wonderful! I think this time around the only thing I disliked was the fact how they advertise early checkin/late check out but when you arrive they can’t accommodate it. This is the 2nd year this happened . I also felt like I was being rushed to check out. The night before I had a notice in my room stating your acct has been cleared no need to go to regular check out and also had housekeeping knocking at 8am on my check out date to see if I had already left. I understand they were expecting a big group checking in but all guest deserve same positive experience and my check out wasn’t till 12. Other than that great as always but maybe look into this and make sure all guest no matter “level/tier” get same experience."

"The facilities and staff at Casa Dorada were amazing! The beach club staff in particular were most attentive and accommodating. We also appreciated that housekeeping checked in each evening to see if we needed any extra towels. We would definitely stay at Casa Dorada again!"

"The property itself was absolutely amazing. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The spa was phenomenal, and my 80-minute massage was hands down one of the best I've ever had. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation, the resort and its amenities are outstanding. My only warning is this: when you check in, you'll likely be asked to stop by a table near the front desk. Unless you genuinely want to hear a timeshare presentation, I strongly recommend politely declining. We were told it would only take 90 minutes. Instead, we spent nearly four hours being pressured and manipulated by multiple salespeople. It completely consumed the first day of our vacation and left us feeling like we were being held hostage. While we ultimately did not purchase a timeshare, the experience was exhausting, pushy, and incredibly frustrating. The spa credits, discounted vacation, and free sunset cruise they offer as incentives are simply not worth sacrificing hours of your vacation to endure high-pressure sales tactics. Aside from the timeshare presentation, everything else about our stay was wonderful. I would absolutely return to the resort,but I would skip the sales table without a second thought."

"My experience at Buenaventura was one of the best. It is authentic Mexican resort with Mexican cuisine, the staff are amazing, very friendly. My encounter with one the manager name Carlos who went above and beyond to make my experience remarkable. Definitely will recommend it, and will go back whenever I go to Pueta Vallarta."
