Entiendo que cuidan que no entre alcohol por seguridad, pero pudieran poner un área de bebidas adentro que den puras bebidas sin alcohol, uno que va con niños pequeños se la pasa todo el día ahí y no puedes dejarlo solos para ir por un vaso de agua"

"The hotel is very clean and well organized, and the staff is extremely helpful and respectful. Special mention to Bell Boy Luis - he was amazing! The buffet restaurant is the best for food with a great variety of options. The only downside was the membership sales staff, they can be quite pushy and keep bothering you."
