"Staff was great. Shuttle pick up/drop off was easy and timely. In the room, there were holes in the couch. A hole was also in the wardrobe doors; looks like someone punched it. Mold in the bathroom. Toilet was running all night long; likely a leak. "

I brought this to the attention of management and they promptly moved us to an upgraded room that was very clean. I appreciated the quick resolution.
