The beds are sooo comfortable, soft with thick duvets, the pool is heated, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, lots of great restaurants nearby, and the location was fantastic! Yes, you're in Richmond, but it is right across from Capstan station so it took us 30 minutes to get all the way to the Waterfront. "

"We arrived in the early morning hours after a couple of flights. Kevin at the front desk was so kind and helpful he checked us in right away, made sure we knew where everything was in the hotel and then he upgraded us to a suite! We ate a lite breakfast at the little coffee bistro and it was wonderful. The room was spotless when we arrived and when we went out for our breakfast housekeeping quickly went in to clean our room before we got back! We are so impressed with everything about the Radisson Blu. We will definitely be back again! We had no trouble finding parking for our rental car "

"The room and bathroom were pristine! Beautiful and unique layout. And platform is beautiful for a honeymoon stay. The only slight complaint I have is I mentioned I had a birthday stay. They gave me a small plate with pretty treats, as I’ve seen other hotels give me cake. But good for the price I paid. Very kind and accommodating too. "
