"My husband and I were reviewing our stay when we left the hotel. The staff is just EXCELLENT. They are very very accommodating and enthusiastic and helpful. The decor is..well..needs help. The black dark hallways are abysmal..the rooms are decent but nothing..and I mean nothing flows. It is chopped up. The entrance is small for a hotel of this size. The check in desk is like a kiosk and it is placed in the worst possible spot. Would I stay here again? Only for the staff."

"We love the river rock and stay there yearly! The pool and hot-tub are fantastic! As Starbucks lovers we are very happy there is a Starbucks there. Also so many restaurants and different types of food to choose from. The gift store was very well stocked with snacks for the kiddos. If you’re wanting adult time there is the spa or the casino which can be fun. The staff are all always lovely. We stay for hockey tournaments so having a great valet system is fantastic and we use it every time! If they know you are going out a lot in a day they will keep your car very close so easy access. This is a great central location close to the highway’s. I highly recommend the River rock! "

"Please be aware that the restaurant is too expensive! $28 for a small breakfast perperson, however a block away there is a Starbucks that services 2 people (coffees, egg sandwiches for $13). Is there a choice?"
