"It’s a great shame that a lovely heritage hotel does not get the respect it deserves. My room was not satisfactorily cleaned as housekeeper left beds poorly made, carpet not vacumed and did not replace used glasses. Shower was mouldy and window sills and skirting boards dirty and dusty."

"There was some small spider's in room,needs to be surface sprayed all around window sills,bottom edges of floor,dust in cupboards and window sills, should have extra pillows, for more than 2 guests,have some cushions to match colour of picture frames can pick up cheap in stores,but,I know guests do steal things,which is totally disrespectful, overall it was a great stay for 2 days."
