My favorite place in Mexico . Quiet, elegant and stunning, this jungle retreat is worth the splurge. Staff are efficient and friendly, food is good and amenities are top notch . The water circuit after a great workout with cenote views is my preferred start to my day . I also dream of the time I can return to this amazing resort.

My favorite Mexican escape for wellness and relaxation. My 4th visit and I dream to come back often . The quiet, the singing birds, sweet deer families, and gorgeous jungle landscape paired with friendly and efficient staff and amazing food and spa. Just heavan!

It was a great experience, i can say that I have stayed at various luxury hotels around mexico but this one is supreme. The mixed of the old hacienda with the modern architectural concepts maje it unique experience. There aren't words to describe this place only visiting it will give you an idea of the experience.

We liked the property and the privacy there. The service people are very friendly, The food is good but could be a bit more fancy. The quality of the offeredtea ( tea bags of the simplest) would have to be improved. Please compare the offer of other 5 stars hotels in the world.

My husband and I decided to spend our 1 year anniversary here. When we arrived it was like a whole new planet everything was impeccable. The service the food the tranquility. From the moment you arrive the staff treats you like royalty. It’s difficult to describe such a perfect place. We will definitely be going back and for every one that isn’t too sure about this place it is 100% worth the price.

Great place to relax and enjoy great food
Great place to relax, enjoy the beautifully remodeled hacienda with immaculate gardens with hundreds year old trees and great food. You do have to like the jungle like landscape because there is obsolutely nothing else to do within 20 miles of property. Price is a bit too high for food and wine.

Amazing resort, the perfect place to disconnect. The staff is courteous and friendly and quite helpful. First rate accomodations and amenities. Quite close to the Archelogical sites and Cenotes as well as Merida. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel. The service was not good.
Room srvice took a long time. In one of the restaurants everything was delicious.....only one of the waiters was dressed very bad. The music didn’t go with the ambiance. When you called to get a Golf cart they took forever to come and get you. The phone from our room didn’t work all the time so I had to call front desk from my mobile. They need to improve their service.

Excelente pero puede ser mejor
En general excelente, solo no me gusto que en el SPA antes de tomar el servicio ya me estaban pidiendo la propina y les dije que la dejaría al final a lo que se vieron como molestos y la verdad no me arrepentí porque la chica fue amable pero nada que mereciera una propina como la que pedían. Por otro lado mi habitación no tenia la hamaca, me dijeron que más tarde la pondrían y luego la solicite pero nunca la llevaron, se me hizo raro de un lugar tan bueno como éste. Y finalmente creo que después de una noche de lluvia sería bueno que temprano limpiaran la alberca de la habitación pues queda llena de hojas y sucia.
