"Great location next to the airport, with a concierge shuttle. The hotel was very clean, it has a very good free breakfast included, and the staff was super.nice and helpful. This is my preferred hotel when I am in San Jose."

"The property asked us to send a copy of our passports to gain access to the resort. Although we sent the information 5 days in advance, we were stuck at the main entrance for over 30 minutes because they said our names were not in the list. They eventually fixed it, but it was not a good experience. The apartment was well maintained. The beach club is great. One of the best beaches I've ever been to (and I know hundreds). The hot water in the main bathroom shower was not working well (mostly cold water). Overall, we had a great time and Reserva Conchal is a wonderful place. Be aware of longer times on the road to get there, because of construction works."
