"Super clean, quiet spot. Walkable to everything. Fernando, the owner, is amazing! He was quick with communication and we felt safe and welcomed. Very comfortable beds. The kitchenette was stoked with everything needed to cook our own meals. We enjoyed being here so much, we booked two more nights. Highly recommend this spot. It's in walking distance to Mercado 28, restaurants, and shops. Thank you Fernando! We will be recommending your beautiful home to everyone we know. "

"Good area if you want good food, walking distance to walmart and gas stations but not near beaches, was like a $8-26 uber depending on what time you order it. the walls are also thin and so are the blankets and the free breakfast was just toast and cereal. they do have other options where you have to pay. i’d say not bad and felt pretty safe walking till 10 at night just exploring. they do have a pool but the sun doesn’t really hit it."

"This hotel is okay, the neighborhood is very industrial, the best thing about the area is the two restaurants within 2 blocks. Really good food for dinner Pocitos!! Close to bus terminal. Very noisy area. There is a shower but NO hot water. "
