"Great Stay"

"We celebrated my wife's birthday with a high speed ferry trip from Muskegon to Milwaukee. We stayed at the Pfister. It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. We stayed on the historic side of the hotel. Rooms were beautiful, the staff most helpful, internal dining options outstanding and the amenities were top notch. Pool on the 23rd floor was a bonus. Location was perfect. Worth every penny. The experience was so nice that we stopped noticing that there were renovations going on. Can't wait to see how the lobby turns out!"

"Overall it was a great stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful! Only reason I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness was because all the dishes were dirty in dishwasher from last guest and sticky finger/hand prints from little kids on cabinets and doors which you can't see unless your sitting on the couch so being a Mom didn't bother me to much. It's easy to miss but another guest might not think highly of it. "

"Beds were comfortable. Rooms were quiet and A/C had constant fan. All wins. Breakfast had more than i anticipated too. I'd stay here again. "

"My only complaint is that the air conditioner unit in the room is very, very noisy, almost impossible to sleep with air conditioner running. The air conditioner unit sits right alongside the bed. "

"The room was lovely, the building looked historic, parking was convenient, breakfast was good, and there was a happy hour we wish we would have had time to go to. Loved it!"
