"This place is located just outside the penzance railway station. Restaurants, pubs, Tesco, co-op and the very important bus stop is located in a very close proximity and makes it the perfect place to stay. The owners are very friendly. The breakfast they made was very good."
"Great for an overnight stay. No free parking need to park at nearby car park. Breakfast (full english) is excellent. The room is basic. Good location (5min walk) if you need to catch a ferry to isle of scilly. Within walking distance to town centre."

Flat was clean and comfortable but with a little attention to detail could easily be elevated to a really good flat.
Entrance needs a good clean and paint and better street signage on the door.
Shower very temperamental, scalding hot or freezing cold.

"It was shocking to arrive to the front portion of the property with donut vendors, Wallace & Gromit shows and various selfie stations. The hotel in behind this was lovely. We opted to hike the area continuing along the Coastal path to Sennen. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Sancreed House recently. The Georgian house is very tastefully decorated throughout and is immaculate. Pablo and Grove made us feel so welcome and were so helpful. The bedroom is very spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. They prepared a fabulous breakfast which consisted of homemade bread, yogurt, pastries, croissants and even home made vegetarian sausages.The property and gardens are stunning and is conveniently positioned for visits anywhere in Penzance, Newlyn and surrounding areas.The heated indoor pool was a wonderful bonus.
