"This was my first stay and I was simply delighted. The property was lovely and full of charm. The rooms are each unique which is a bit refreshing compared to standard hotel stays. The common spaces are quite enjoyable whether you are journaling on the front porch by the fountain or watching the sunset from a rocking chair. It's very walkable to local food, shops, and downtown. Ruthie serves up a wonderful breakfast with delightful conversation."

"It looked exactly as pictured. It is not a large unit, hence the two person capacity, but it was all that you need. It was walking distance to the football stadium, parking on premises and a really comfortable bed. It was all very clean and easy to maneuver. While I didn't have any issues, Rick still reached out to see if everything was ok. It was a perfect stay in a very convenient location for a football game. Thank you Rick for a seamless experience!"

"Hotel is a little dated, but very clean and you cannot beat the location if visiting the IU campus. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again when visiting campus based on this experience!"
