"What happened to the days when drinking glasses were provided in hotel rooms? What are we supposed to drink water out of when in the bathroom? A simple glass goes a long way! Once glasses are removed, maid service needs to be requested when you’re staying for more than one night, etc. it starts to feel not as special as it used to. I know this is direction that many hotels are going in, but I don’t like it."

"The lady working at 5pm Friday June 20th at the front desk was very nice and got us checked in quickly. The hallways to our room smelled very good and clean. Our room was perfect. Very comfortable bed. Good tv channel's including 3 HBO and Cinemax. Breakfast was so good. Hot and cold selections at no extra price. This is our 5th time staying here through the last couple of years. Even though softball is ending for my daughter. If anyone ask or I need to stay in Bloomington again.
