"What happened to the days when drinking glasses were provided in hotel rooms? What are we supposed to drink water out of when in the bathroom? A simple glass goes a long way! Once glasses are removed, maid service needs to be requested when you’re staying for more than one night, etc. it starts to feel not as special as it used to. I know this is direction that many hotels are going in, but I don’t like it."

My father was traveling with us and driving as well and he does not do stairs well. It would have been nice to know this prior to our arrival."
