Did not stay. Was not clean or safe. Cigarette smoke seeped into everything, even our hair, and we were only there for 30 minutes cumulatively. Dogs left alone in rooms were continuously barking. Stains on bed covers, walls, doors.

I had to kill a large bug in my room. The room itself lacked amenities. No ironing board, no coffee make, etc. First night wakeup call didn't happen. For the first night wakeup call, the night clerk was rude as he took my wakeup call request. Overall, not a good experience!

Nice place for the price, especially compared to other hotels in Bloomington. Be sure to get a second floor room...they're much nicer. It's not the best hotel in the world, but it does the job for someone who's looking to a place to lay their head rather than a resort.

The linens were clean (which was KEY), but there were several areas of improvement that could enhance a guests stay. The lamps were not plugged in, one of the bedside lamps did not work, the outlets kept shorting out so using a hair dryer was challenging. The staff was VERY friendly and nice!
