" We stayed in room 17 , the room was decorated in keeping with the theme of the hotel. I was so excited to celebrate my partner’s birthday with at the hotel which I made the staff aware of but nothing was provided to acknowledge this at all. Our room was so cold in the evening and when I told staff they brought us a portable heater. Our bed was whooped on one side. The springs were complete gone. The breakfast and lounge area was the highlight of our stay. It was very good. Overall I would say for the price being charged the hotel needs an upgrade. "

"We met up with family here for a birthday celebration for 3 nights. We honestly had the best time. The house is equipped with everything you need whilst staying in the house. We were greeted with a friendly face and was very helpful with an item we had forgotten to bring. The house is so well thought out. It caters for all ages. I love the fact it is disability accessible with a downstairs room with a wet room and even a rise and recline chair in the living room. The house is clean and very well presented. We would love to return!"

We were amazed with how stunning and well equipped the pod was on arrival and our boys loved getting to hear the cows while we ate breakfast! "This was our first time at Pheasant's folly. We had a lovely stay everything we wanted for the Christmas break. We had a fantastic walk up to the quarry where the view was outstanding. Kate and Iain were brilliant hosts. Would recommend this property to friends"

"Fantastic barn conversion. Spec inside is excellent. You can really tell the hosts care about this property and make you feel very welcome (including the lovely welcome gifts!). The hot tub is massive and has great views over the farm (we were lucky to have a clear night and see many stars). Kitchen is fantastic and they have everything there you need. The lounge is massive with a very comfy sofa. The bedrooms and ensuites are also fantastic. We went to the pub down the road for a Sunday Roast and that was amazing and excellent value for money. I would 100% recommend staying here for a relaxing time."
