To give her space and time to settle in, I stayed at Brownhill House each time she had a day off, for her first few weeks, and travelled myself in between visits (to show her that if Mum can do it, then so can she!). Llangollen is a beautiful, friendly town with local shops/no franchises. There are wonderful walks along canals to waterfalls, deserted abbeys. "

If you’re looking for a bit of quiet and out of town so noises to a minimum this is ideal and we couldn’t recommend anything better, there was nothing to fault.
