"This was the highlight of our trip! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing! From the minute we arrived we were welcomed, we had the best meal, the fondue was delicious. "Excellent value hotel - clean and comfortable. Outdoor pool looked nice (unfortunately, it was raining, so we didn't get to take advantage of it). Staff was friendly. Breakfast is typical German/Swiss (Bread, meat, cheese, yogurt, juice, muesli, coffee/tea). Great stopover traveling between Germany and Italy. Free parking right out front of the building - very convenient! "

"This was an excellent hotel , we had a family room , which consisted of a separate single bed and a king bed in the very large lounge area , and 2 separate bathrooms , the balconies looked out onto both the lake and sideways at the hills , the only thing it did not have was air conditioning, but they did provide fans in both rooms , it was over 30 degrees for our visit , so not sure if that is normal , we used the restaurant for one evening meal and the food was lovely , and one member of staff...
