Located in a heritage, converted warehouse, this unique apartment combines history with modern luxury. Perfect for four, this apartment is set on the second floor of a boutique block, offering a private and peaceful escape in the heart of Melbourne.

The building, with its handsome Edwardian façade, was originally built in the 1840s, served as a paper factory in the early 1900s, and operated as rag trade offices in the '80s. Converted into apartments in 1998, it retains its true warehouse character with exposed red brick walls, lofty ceilings, and original timber floors.

This spacious apartment features a stunning designer kitchen with SMEG appliances, a large open-plan living area, and two beautifully furnished queen-size bedrooms. The main bedroom comes with a glass brick window, a walk-in robe, and an ensuite bathroom with a spa bath and double shower. The second bathroom provides additional luxury, perfect for your convenience.

Recent upgrades in September 2022 include soundproofing and double glazing, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. With air-conditioning, a dedicated desk area, and Smart TVs with Netflix, it offers both comfort and modern amenities.

This warehouse conversion is situated in the vibrant Melbourne CBD, surrounded by an array of cafes, restaurants, theatres, and shops. The famous Flinders Street Station and Elizabeth and Collins Street trams are just a short stroll away. Enjoy nearby parks like Enterprize Park and Flagstaff Gardens or explore attractions like Melbourne Museum, Queen Victoria Gardens, and Chinatown—all within walking distance.

GETTING THERE:
From Melbourne Airport, it's a 30-minute taxi ride or a Skybus ride to Southern Cross Station, followed by a short tram ride. The location is easily accessible by public transport, with free trams in the CBD.

The CBD is well-served by trams, with stops just 20 meters from the apartment on Collins and Swanston Streets. Flinders Street Station is also within walking distance.

Brilliant! Amazing Spacious Apartment

We couldn't believe the size of the apartment, very spacious. Very clean, comfy beds and decorated beautifully. Everything you need for a fabulous stay, and we loved to open the windows for fresh air! I was travelling with my special needs son and I felt very safe and secure. Excellent location, you will not be disappointed with this apartment.

Authentic Taste of Melbourne with Flair!

The property was exactly as advertised. Neat and clean. The location is convenient in the CBD so you can hear noise from the streets in the evening, in the living room. Slept sweetly and soundly in the back bedroom, though. Comfortable. Wifi and coffee maker worked. Checking in made me nervous as the man who was meeting us probably hit some rush hour Melbourne traffic and I had to go through a third party to check his whereabouts. He was only a tad late, but very friendly upon arrival. Bottom line: we would stay there again in a heartbeat.
