SPACIOUS VILLA, CLOSE TO THE BEACH. This light filled, renovated villa is conveniently located, close to the beach, popular cafes and public transport, offering guests a relaxing beachside escape! Well suited to a couple of families or an extended family holiday, or a getaway with friends. HOUSE FEATURES: Combining a relaxed coastal style with contemporary comforts, this villa is surprisingly spacious inside and out. The easy living floor plan features a centrally located living / dining / kitchen area, and 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located down the main hallway. The master bedroom features a walk-in robe and ensuite. The undercover alfresco dining and deck provides another living space and is easily accessed from the open plan kitchen / dining area via French doors, so guests can enjoy year-round entertaining. There is also a safe, fully fenced, grassed back garden providing plenty of outdoor space for children and/or your furry friend to have fun! Other features include split system heating and air-conditioning, ceiling fans, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, BBQ, outdoor sun umbrella and boogie boards to enjoy at the beach. We had a lovely stay at Ronnie’s place. Great space for our extended family and our dog. Heaps of dvds and games for the kids and a very easy walk to the beach.

Yes pet was fine. Updating of several things needed. Linen tired faded and some stains. Things rust at beach environments but they should be replaced. Pots and pans should be checked and properly leaned. Repairs should be done there was a cupboard door missing. Accurate check in details should be updated. Key box was not where it was written in check in details. Instructions on use of whitegoods should be available and clear. For the price the standard was below par. What an owner may be happy living with is not good enough when charging thousands fo 4 days. Not happy with numerous regulations for renters but little requirements of owners or managers to provide good stsnard of accommodation.
