Good location but a long way from the office.

Smoke alarm from bedroom in cupboard ,clock on wall no battery.chiped tiles in shower due to cold tap handle being loose,grub screw needed tightening with Allen key.hair in the sink and draws in bathroom.door ubove kitchen bench needs hinge adjustment to realign before it gets edge damage.

Convenient room in central Melbourne.

Roland was a very conveniently located room right in the heart of Melbourne, next door to Melbourne Central. An ideal size for a couple, manageable but a bit tight for three, which is what we had. The only downside, and a big one for us, is that the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Despite the obvious no smoking clause it’s obvious smokers have been in the room in the past.
