Parking: Our driveway accommodates up to 5 cars. To prevent any inconvenience to our neighbours, no additional cars are allowed, and street parking or parking on neighbouring properties is strictly prohibited. 7. No Bucks, Hens or Schoolies: To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests and neighbours, we do not allow bucks, hens or schoolies on the premises under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding. 8. Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited both inside and outside the property. The property is fitted with smoke alarms that are sensitive to vaping.
