The Neighbourhood

The neighbourhood is is the historic Arts Precinct of Emerald Hill, one of the oldest residential areas of Melbourne .It is close to the South Melbourne Market, a foodie’s Mecca, funky cafes, bakeries, restaurants, classic Aussie Pubs and fabulous shopping. DFO is a 5 minute tram ride. CBD is only 15 minutes away.

Getting around

You will be within 10 minutes walking distance of the Melbourne CBD, Albert Park and the bayside beaches, even closer by tram and light rail! The house is serviced by taxi and bus from the airport.
