This beautifully presented 2-story townhouse in Pascoe Vale South offers everything you need for comfortable living. Located just steps away from a café and local shops, it’s also a 2-min drive to the 7-Eleven convenience store and only 9 min drive to the vibrant Moonee Ponds and Essendon areas, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, pubs and supermarkets.
The home features a modern bathroom and undercover parking x1 car. Tram 10 min walking should you leave the car at home.
Our 2 bedroom home features a queen bed and 2 single beds, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, lounge room with sofa and smart TV to connect to the internet and your Netflix account, air con/heating in lounge room and both bedrooms, dinning table, private balcony and Wi-Fi (50 mbps fast-stable). Security camera outside the property.

Entire house with all amenities for guests.
Ground Floor: access to 2 bedrooms, one communicates with bathroom. Laundry Room.
Upstairs Entertaining Space: Kitchen, Dining area, Living Room and toilet.
External Areas: patio with clothes lines downstairs; and balcony upstairs.
Highlight features: Smart TV, Fridge, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, sandwich maker, rice cooker, coffee marker, Washing Machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, small first aid kit, extinguisher and fire blanket & Outdoor Chairs.
Other features include: Cutlery and Dinner Sets, Wine Glasses, Cookware Set. We provide cooking basics (instant coffee, sugar, tea, salt and olive oil) and toiletries basics (Toilet Paper, Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash and hand soap). Make up remover pads, bed linen sets, pillows, towels, hairdryer, cleaning equipment and some cleaning products. Double glazing windows and doors for insulation and noise.
Desk and chair available in living area if you are coming for work.
Undercover parking is next to the house for one car. However, parking is also available outside with some time restrictions on Monday for rubbish pick up.
A cot and high chair are available upon request at no extra cost for guests traveling with children. Please note that the cot will need to be assembled, and let us know if you require linen.
Luggage drop off is not always possible, but you are welcome to ask in case it works.

Perfect location for visiting relatives in nearby neighbirhood
The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Everything was as good or better than described.
Only problem we had was initially finding the exact location but the host described how to locate the property well - it was ‘user error’ on our part.
Our stay was made very comfortable by our well-equipped accommodation. Our host went above and beyond expectations to make sure our needs were met, with the accommodation extremely clean and comfortable. Undercover parking meant that we could stay dry getting in and out, and the host was helpful with additional local knowledge. Beds were comfy, furnishings modern and plenty of essentials available in the pantry cupboard to make sure our stay was enjoyable.
Would consider staying again when next in town.
Great setup with everything we needed. The host was highly responsive and accomodating. House was well equipped and clean.
The freeway was a little noisy but very convenient location.
