Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I didn't get the right address on the day were to go the motel , there was no address to go too, I was given the wrong address S WHarf Dr Docklands Vic address, with no number, l thought that was my address , but it was wrong so I had to find another motel urgent to stay so I had to book with Mantra motel . No communication no phone number to find the address from Sydney to Melbourne. I will never pay if no address or phone number in future.
