Fresh Seas - Mornington

  • This Fresh, modern and stylish home is located in a quiet residential area in Mornington yet close enough to be within easy reach of all attractions. Recently renovated and decorated throughout its features include:
    • Split system Heating and cooling
    • Ceiling fans in each bedroom
    • Queen master
    • 2 double bedrooms
    • Deck with BBQ area
    • Fully renovated walk in shower room
    • Front garden with Trampoline
    Ben Linen and Bath Towels Provided

    Please note there is a separate unit to the rear.

    Our properties are self-catering. Please refer to the following information so you know what is included and what is not:

    Included:

    Linen:
    • Bed Linin including duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases. (Not flat sheets)
    • One bath towel per person.
    • Hand towels in the bathroom
    • T towels for the kitchen

    A starter pack in including:
    • 4 x toilet roles per toilet
    • Hand soap
    • Dishwasher tablets (where a dishwasher is provided)
    • Washing up liquid for hand washing dishes

    What is not included:
    • Flat sheets
    • Beach or pool towels
    • Coffee pods. Where a coffee pod machine is provided, please bring your favourite pods.
    • Pantry provisions such as oil, salt, pepper or perishables.
    • Face clothes/washers
    • Shampoo and conditioner.
    • Wood for Fires and Firepits where applicable.

    Play Equipment: The owners have provided play equipment for the use of guests children during their stay. Guests are asked to check all equipment before use to ensure safety and supervise children at all times on the play equipment. Equipment is used at guests own risk.

Bare minimum of crockery and utensils. No bbq, no ironing board, air con in only one room. All windows were very dirty so had to ask for them to be cleaned.
