Nice location. 10 min walk to great cafes. Near busy streets but the apartment stays quiet. The apartment could use a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean on the sofa but at this price point…it’s hard to complain about anything.
In this fabulous inner Melbourne haven, we appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail, the clean, simple but stylish decor and the location… very peaceful yet trams close by to get you to the city in ten minutes!
The location of this property is outstanding. In a quiet enough location away from busy Lygon St, but only a short stroll to the hustle and bustle of its cafes and restaurants. The check in process was super easy and convenient, and our host was helpful and available. The apartment itself was clean and well presented, as well as equipped with all the amenities needed for our week long stay. We will definitely recommend this property to our family and friends and look forward to staying there in the future.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very pet and user friendly. Well-appointed to tram stops and a quick walk down to shopping area. Made use of the delightful cheese shop and the boutique wine cellar next door.
Easily accessible to our family living in N. Melbourne; accessible to motorway. Had a great time exploring the Melbourne Cemetery and the dog met lots of other dogs in the walks round there.
