This chic family-friendly two-bedroom downstairs studio apartment nestled between the front and back beaches of Rye is sure to impress. Occupying the bottom floor of the main residence with a separate entrance and dedicated carport parking features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a kitchenette. The minimalist interior boasts on-trend timber-lined walls, polished concrete floors, and a beautifully crafted undercover timber deck with gas BBQ and an outdoor table.

The Kitchen and Living Room:
The stylish self-contained living area includes a kitchenette with sink, microwave, bar fridge, toaster, kettle, dining table for four, lounge suite, TV, and DVD player. A ceiling fan and split system heating and cooling for year-round comfort. Wifi is also available for your convenience.

The Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Sleeping up to four guests with two bedrooms, the master with a queen bed and two king singles in the second bedroom, each with built-in robes and serviced by a stunning bathroom with shower over bath, vanity, toilet, and washing machine.

Outside:
A beautifully crafted undercover timber deck off the living area offers a further alfresco dining option with a table and gas BBQ. The area is in a quiet part of Rye just a short drive to the foreshore and seaside community of Rye.
Rye is a popular holiday destination featuring stunning family-friendly beaches and is within close proximity to cafes, shopping, and the famous Mornington Peninsula wineries, golf courses, and restaurants.

Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.

Sound proofing needed
Cosy and clean little downstair studio with fresh and comfortable bedding, and a nice undercover deck and backyard. There were residents upstair, while they weren't noisy as such, we could hear the moving of multiple furnitures and movie they watched as sound travel through the floor boards and balcony and we did find it hard to sleep the first night due to the noise.. There were condiments (ketchup, bbq sauce and balsamic dressings) in the fridge, but two were all expired and one is empty. A few boxes of tissues would be a nice touch too.

First impression - modern yet well designed 2 BR property. Good size bathroom with a great tub and shower. Quiet neighborhood yet reasonably close to all the local major tourist attractions. Good for couples looking for a weekend escape.

Great studio apartment. Close to all amenities if you have a car great location. Great host. Good for short stays as no oven or stove. But has 2vportable electric hot plates and microwave .could do with a bigger fridge and hairdryer. other wise great place to stay. nice and clean.would stay again. Dee.
