Enjoy the luxury of your own personal space within this brand new double story contemporary apartment located a very short stroll to the beach and cafes. A 10 minute walk to the convenience of Main St Mornington with an array of dining and entertainment options!
The Kitchen and Living area:
Entry is via your own secure lock up garage which leads to small sitting room with sofa bed complete with games, books, a second Tv, a petite yet very functional grassed outdoor area complete with a Bbq area and table and chairs to accommodate 2 guests. Upstairs is a stylish coastal living room and a B&B style kitchenette with a B&B style kitchenette offering a bar fridge, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster and a small dining table. The natural light filled living room provides cosy couches and a wide screen Tv. This air conditioned fully furnished apartment is perfect for a relaxing couples getaway or a family break.
The Bedrooms:
There is one queen sized bedroom located upstairs with a built in robe and modern ensuite bathroom with separate shower while the toilet is located in the bathroom. There is a second bedroom located downstairs acting as a couple's or parent's retreat with 2 single beds.
Enjoy the intimate garden space to relax and unwind, just a short 5 minute walk to the golden shores of the Mornington beaches, close to public transport, all amenities and local attractions. Seaside Escape is complete with Fishing Rods, a bicycle, Wifi and Netflix.
Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.
This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.

Lovely small unit, clean and tidy.
Lovely little unit. No facilities for cooking or heating food. A microwave would have been nice. Staying with friends, bathroom not very private. A mirror in the bedroom downstairs would have made things a bit easier. Probably suit a couple better.
Overall, clean, tidy and well maintained.

Managed by a property group which meant being bombarded with seemingly generic rules and penalties that might apply.
Unit was clean and tidy and adequate but a little further out from Mornington township than expected for the price.
