"Everything was good except check in. When we arrived at 5pm after travling for 3hr the system was down and they couldn't check anyone in and had been down for about an hour at that point. There was no plan b for if that were to happen. After 45min. of waiting we left to go see family and when returning at midnight I ask and they said the system had come back up around 9pm but they had a plan b if it were to happen again. Then on check out day our key would not work do to the door scanner was dead. we ended up eating breakfast and when we were done it was fixed. The staff was helpful and kind during those issues. The room and the property was nice and we would stay again. It was just a little frustrating travling with two kids and one was 4."
