We arrived to find that we were required to use and pay for Valet parking despite the hotels advertisement that self-parking was available. If there was text to the contrary it was buried and hidden. At the very least either a credit for parking should be given or spaces reserved for hotel guest parking. In the room the lamp between the two queen size beds as broken and hanging at an angle. The refrigerator compressor went on and off all night with a grinding sound. The air intake vent for the AC sounded like being in a wind tunnel. The room looks like it was decorated as an institution with minimal furniture and and minimalist walls and ceiling with cement being a major "decoration". IN fact the entire ceiling is cement so it felt like I was institutionalized. The only thing I liked was the bathroom. I will not be staying there again - decide what you want in a hotel - for me this is not it.

Loved the cool urban vibe! High concrete ceilings in the room, plenty of bed pillows offering soft or firm options, and stylish furniture with a comfortable bed- what more could we ask for? We would stay here again. We used the parking on site which was convenient and easy. The location was close to everything we wanted to do during our stay

The room was had water all over floor as the windows leaked. As a result the room was very very damp. There were no options to move apparently that night. Also arrived late and parking full. Was told I could either pay valet or “park across street”. This was during a tropical rainstorm. Staff was helpful and kind.

The staff was super friendly and helpful especially the vale staff that provided an excellent service. The room was clean, the cleaning staff made sure everything looked brand new every time we went away and the restaurant service and ambiance was incredible. My only complaints was that the food at the restaurant wasn’t as great. But the amazing treatment by our server made us forget about it. Great experience will definitely come back

There were numbers written on the bedroom wall. The train noise was louder than expected, woke me up a couple times. Wasn't a pool or a hot tub. The parking was unacceptable. If you use the valet, you're fine. The open parking was on one floor, very small, charged by each vehicle driven. Worst part was I paid for parking, but didn't have a place to park one night. But I will add, the staff was exceptional.
