Get a whole hake from the supermercado gadis in Cedeira. Pool was perfect way to cool off. The restaurant up the street (5 min walk) is a gem. Some of the shades were not fully functional. Could use some screens - need windows open to stay cool but that risked mosquitos getting in (this is at height of summer in mid August). Tough balance. Could use a box fan to help circulation into the rear room."

For our evening meal, the restaurant around the corner was recommended by front desk. A unique family run restaurant. Not sure it goes by the old name, but very easy to get to. Great place to stay."

The hotel has a restaurant and the breakfast is nice, they set up a taxi service and they were nice. I did use cash in town and for the taxi which was appreciated. Everyone was so nice even though I didn't speak Portuguese."
