Find a Great Motel Mead

"Lovely little motel. Very clean and bright. Nice size room and the bed was comfortable; a great find for the price! The aircon is an older one, but it isn’t loud enough that it keeps you awake (and I’m a very light sleeper). They even have a “snack” menu that you can order to take back to your room (dim sims, nuggets etc). Great bargain! "

"Perfect piece of tranquil paradise. The house is bright, with a relaxed vibe that has everything you need. Comfy beds and an amazing swivel chair in the living room. The grounds were well maintained with secure fencing for children and dogs. The basketball court, archery and having the river across the road to fish means you can park the car and disconnect and relax. Sean was great to communicate with and checkin was easy. Loved it, will definately be back."

"We were looking for a place to base ourselves while we went birdwatching. It was fabulous. We love staying in old cottages and this lived up to it. Would highly recommend The Grove. "

"A beautiful and unique place to relax with everything you need to unwind. Ample supplies and facilities for meals and refreshments as well as being walking distance to general store and local pub. Huge king bed with plenty of bedding, gorgeous bathroom with loads of soft towels and wonderful heating also. The grounds have a lovely developing garden to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening wine with colourful birdlife and neighbouring cattle. The only thing I didn’t like was the bugs, particularly the spiders. The host was fabulous, communicating clearly from the moment of booking. Access and check in was easy and check out instructions were simple. Overall an absolutely gorgeous place to stay while visiting the area. Will definitely stay again."
