We found the Acacia Rose Motor Inn clean, comfortable & great value. The owners are friendly & helpful. Location is so important & we were only a 5 minute walk to the Main Street of Barham. We ate at the Happy Elephant Thai, amazing food!

Was in easy walking distance to all Town facilities. Cafe, Pub, Club, Shops, and Supermarkets. The Staff of Acia Rose made may stay extra special by having the heater on when I returned late afternoon. Looking forward to next year again.

The property was fantastic. Arrived 5pm Christmas Day and they didn't have my booking due to a mixup with Wotif. But in spite of that they were able to fit me in at the Wotif price, they were fantastic.
