"Very friendly staff. The room was immaculately clean. I highly recommend this property. This is my third stay for work, and I will definitely be staying here again for work related purposes."
"Everyone was very helpful, and the room was really very nice. This is a small hotel in a semi-industrial area, which may not be as appealing as a large hotel downtown, but it was a good place to stay while I was in Boston. I also agree that the reviews are mixed, but my room was very clean though, and the bed was comfortable and everything was well maintained. I realized that the negative reviews are all pretty old, so it looks like they may have done some major renovations lately. The recent reviews seem much better on all platforms. So I really had no complaints, other than the small desk (this was a business trip, and I had to do a lot of work in the room, including teleconferences). I looked at some other rooms while I was checking out, and it looks like other rooms had better desks. The internet was great though, even for online meetings. Compared to the big hotels downtown, I think this is OK, and definitely a better value. Belle's Burgers down the street (5 minute walk) was outstanding (really, you should try it), and I ended up eating there twice."
