"All staff were great and kind to us except one. Austin at the waterfront bar. He was rude, expected us to know what we wanted to order the second we sat down. Rolled his eyes, processed to ignore us and served/check on other customers. When we asked him to break a $20 he again rolled his eyes. The bartender Thomas at the westbar was an absolute joy to see and speak too. One of our favorites to see at the end of the day. Wish the massages didn’t fill up so fast but understandable. The extra activities to do at night is awesome! Example: fire pits outside. Enjoyed the live music, karaoke, piano being played everywhere we went (beautiful). Food was amazing! Drinks were perfect! Respect to privacy was greatly appreciated. Appreciate the ability to have an escape away from children. (The adults only spa pool area). Hottub got warm enough after the jets were turned on. In the adults only spa area. "
