Welcome to Fox Summit – Your Mountain Getaway in Massanutten Resort!

Escape to the Blue Ridge Mountains and enjoy a relaxing retreat at Fox Summit, a newly updated 5-bedroom home nestled in the heart of Massanutten Resort in McGaheysville, VA. Perfect for family gatherings, college reunions (Go Dukes!!), or a cozy mountain escape, this home offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and adventure.



*Community Guidelines*
This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its rules and regulations, as well as federal and state laws and local ordinances. There are short-term rentals in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, or owners of second homes enjoying their retreat. Please respect their privacy and property rights, along with those of other guests in our private residential community.

NOISE
Noise that is unreasonable in the judgment of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. Quiet Hours are between 10 P.M. and 7 A.M. Please confine noise-making devices and activities indoors during these hours.

PARKING
• All tires must be off the roadway. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood roads are "highways" for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance.
• Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots unless this home's owner or property manager has told you he has explicit permission for you to do so.
• Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed.
• If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at: the MPOA Owners' Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive.
• NOTE: Buses, campers and RVs may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. With prior MPOA approval they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay.

NO OPEN FIRES
You are in an area that is at risk for wildfire! NEVER leave any outdoor fire unattended. Outdoor firepit usage is prohibited between designated Quiet Hours and usage of outdoor firepit and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions. Check the Electronic Sign.

ALCOHOL
Open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area.

PETS
Pets are not allowed to run at large. They must be leashed at all times when off this property. Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets.

TRASH
DO NOT place trash anywhere outside the house, including on screened porches. It will attract wildlife that could endanger you and damage the property.

The house was spacious, clean, and provided all the amenities we required. The host was incredibly responsive, even clearing the snow from the deck area so that our kids could make s’mores. The game room, situated in the garage, was a bit chilly, however the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The location was conveniently located for our tubing and skiing adventures. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals during our stay. I would stay here again and recommend this place.
